Privacy notice
This notice explains what The Red Flag Audit Tool™ stores, where, and how you can clear it.
What the tool stores
- The property details you enter (nickname, type, state, area, seller type, purpose, stage, asking price, how you are buying and a few yes/no answers).
- Your answers to the audit questions and any notes you type.
- The time of your last save, and which section you were in.
Where it is stored
Only in your own browser, using its local storage on the device you are using. Nothing is sent to Musa Fasasi, to any server of ours, or to any other person. The tool has no accounts, no database, no analytics and no advertising trackers.
Because it is browser storage, it is not a secure document vault. Anyone who uses the same browser profile on the same device could see it. It can be lost if you clear your browser data, use private browsing, or switch device. Your audit will not appear on another phone or computer.
What is not collected
Please do not enter passwords, bank details, card numbers, identity numbers or copies of identity documents. The tool does not ask for them. Describe the property’s location, not your home address.
Your report
The PDF and print versions are created on your device from your current answers. They are not uploaded. If you share or send a report yourself, whoever receives it can read it.
Other services this page loads
- Google Fonts supplies the Playfair Display and Montserrat typefaces. Your browser asks Google’s servers for the font files, which means Google can see technical details such as your IP address. No audit information is included.
- Netlify hosts this website and, like most hosts, may keep technical request logs (such as IP address and time). It does not receive your audit answers.
- If you choose Contact Musa on WhatsApp, you leave this tool and WhatsApp’s own terms apply. Nothing from your audit is sent unless you type it yourself.
How to clear your data
Use Start over in the page header, or Delete saved audit on the start page. This removes the saved audit from this browser. You can also clear this site’s data in your browser settings.
